Data retention policy

We will retain your information (i) for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you and as needed to provide you Services; (ii) as necessary to comply with our legal obligation(s); (iii) as necessary to resolve disputes or to protect ourselves from potential future disputes; or (iv) as necessary to enforce our agreements. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the amount, nature, and sensitivity of your information and the purpose(s) for which it was collected. After the retention period ends, we will delete your information. Where we are unable to do so, we will ensure that appropriate measures are put in place to prevent any further use of your information.

ZoomInfo will store the user logs for 3 years. ZoomInfo will remove the customer data in accordance with the Data Protection, Retention, and Destruction Policy.
