Dibs On Stuff lets you call dibs and queue up for various resources with your team. See here for all the details:

* claim the application staging server to demo some code changes
* take turns to push deploys up (so there's only one deploy going on at a time)
* bring your dog to work (1 dog in the office good, 5 dogs, maybe not so great :)
* taking turns with the workplace parking space(s)
* deal out sales leads fairly amongst the sales team
* organize the on-call support team
To use Dibs On Stuff, just install this app and then enter these commands into Slack:
Eg: to claim the staging server:
/dibs on staging
and to let the team know that you're done with the staging server:
/dibs off staging
The next person in the line will get notified that it's their turn to use the staging server.
To see who's in the queue try:
/dibs q staging
