Data deletion request procedure
The process starts when a customer sends in a request for deletion of a customer's profile to Corpay One via one of the methods, as specified in Corpay One’s Privacy Policy found on Corpay One’s website.
When the request is received, it is forwarded to Customer Support. Customer Support creates a ticket in the JIRA’s system, where the request is allocated a ticket number. The ticket is then picked up by Engineering, where deletion request is carried out.
