Data retention policy
Customer Data is retained for as long as you have an active account in Crossbeam. Upon termination or expiration of your account, Crossbeam may delete Customer Data in accordance with our standard schedule and procedures. Retention of Personal Data is described in our Data Processing Addendum (see https://www.crossbeam.com/legal/dpa/ for more information).
Data archiving and removal policy
Customers can delete Populations on Crossbeam by following these instructions: https://help.crossbeam.com/en/articles/3160199-deleting-a-population/. Requests for deletion of Personal Data can be submitted through this form: https://preferences.crossbeam.com/privacy/ or by emailing privacy@crossbeam.com.
Data storage policy
The infrastructure for the Service is designed to minimize service interruption due to hardware failure, natural disaster, or other catastrophes. To help ensure availability in the event of a disaster, Crossbeam replicates Customer Data across multiple data centers.
