Data retention policy
Tasky collects only a small amount of user information related to connecting to an Autotask account. In practice this information is non-personal in nature. For example, Tasky stores Slack & Autotask unique identifiers only instead of email addresses and/or names. Slack workspace, channel, chat or message data is never retained for any period of time. The non-personal configuration information that is required by Tasky is retained for as long as you maintain an active or pending account.
Data archiving and removal policy
Tasky collects only a small amount of user information related to connecting to an Autotask account. In practice this information is non-personal in nature. For example, Tasky stores Slack & Autotask unique identifiers only instead of email addresses and/or names. Slack workspace, channel, chat or message data is never archived for any period of time or for any purpose. The non-personal configuration information that is required by Tasky is only ever archived for disaster recovery purposes for a period no longer than 45 days.
Data storage policy
Tasky collects only a small amount of user information related to connecting to an Autotask account. In practice this information is non-personal in nature. For example, Tasky stores Slack & Autotask unique identifiers only instead of email addresses and/or names. Slack workspace, channel, chat or message data is never stored for any period of time. The non-personal configuration information that is required by Tasky is stored using industry standard database technologies. Additionally, security related data (e.g. credentials) are encrypted when stored.
