Data retention policy
Scorebot collects user and team data. User data includes email, avatar, and name fields (real_name, slack_name). Team data includes name and domain. Scorebot keeps track of standard emoji uses and custom emoji names to track points. The images of custom emojis are not stored by us. We do not store anything related to the conversation that was reacted to other than that reaction.
Data archiving and removal policy
When someone removes Scorebot from their workspace the data is retained in case they come back. Data can be removed upon request from someone via our support email.

All data is stored securely on a RDS / PostGres database hosted on AWS with Role-Based Access Control.
