Data retention policy
We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Zoho Services. Once you terminate your Zoho user account, your data will get deleted from the active database during the next clean-up that occurs once every 6 months.
Data archiving and removal policy
Once the customer, terminates the Zoho account the data will get deleted on the next clean up that occurs once every 6months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months.
Data storage policy

We have taken steps to implement appropriate administrative, technical & physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of the information you entrust to us.

We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate.
