Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests that Cronitor delete their personal data, we run a special script that scrubs all fields in our database of an PII and also removes the user's PII from our email list (hosted by MailChimp). These are the only places PII is ever stored in our system.
These requests are processed usually within 4-6 hours, but no later than 72 hours after the request is received. We notify the user by email when we have completed the data deletion
