Data retention policy
We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In certain circumstances, we may be required by law to retain your personal information, or may need to retain your personal information in order to continue providing a service.
If you wish for your personal data to be completely removed from our platform, please send us an explicit request via simpleorgchart@janez.tech. Include your user details and a brief description of your request to facilitate the prompt processing of your data deletion.
When we delete your account data, keep in mind that deletion by our third-party providers may not be immediate, and the deleted information may persist in our backup copies for 7 days.
Data archiving and removal policy
The customer may be able to remove his entire data by contacting the support email. This will delete the active schedules.

I handle requests via the support email and manually delete the account in the database. After canceling the user token, the app is automatically deleted.
