Data retention policy
At minimum, we will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Ironclad may maintain some or all of this data in its archives even after it has been removed from the Site. When a customer terminates their contract with Ironclad, Ironclad destroys all copies of customer data within 90 calendar days of contract termination or within 30 days upon request.

Data storage policy
Ironclad securely manages customer data using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), providing a high-availability and resilient cloud environment. Customer data is encrypted at rest within GCP to ensure data security and integrity throughout its storage lifecycle. When a customer contract ends, archived data is retained for up to 90 days, during which it remains securely stored for compliance, backup, and recovery purposes. After this 90-day period, all archived data is securely destroyed, ensuring no customer data persists in Ironclad’s systems. Access to stored data is tightly controlled, with only authorized personnel granted access, safeguarding customer information throughout its storage duration.

Data deletion request procedure
Ironclad retains Customer Data for the duration of Ironclad’s contractual relationship with the
Customer. When the contractual relationship is terminated, Ironclad will delete Customer Data
90 days after termination of the contract, unless applicable law or contractual obligations to the Customer require otherwise.
If Ironclad receives a data subject access or deletion request, we forward that request to the corresponding customer to handle as the controller of the data.
