Introducing the Vidmonials integration for Slack! Get real-time alerts in Slack for new Vidmonial responses and easily share them with your team.
Get started with Vidmonials integration for Slack today!Here's how to get start with it:1. Navigate to Vidmonials and Login with your account.
2. Install the Vidmonials App for Slack by clicking "Add To Slack" button from Settings > Social Settings.
3. Allow Vidmonials to access your Slack workspace channel.
4. Set up custom notifications by using notification toggle.
3. Request a Vidmonial to your team.
4. Now receive real-time alert for Vidmonial response within Slack channel.Here's how it works:- Vidmonials get access to your Slack channel's webhook-url.
- Whenever you get a Vidmonial response at Vidmonials, it sends an alert message to your Slack channel.
- You will be able to see the thumbnail within alert message, if the Vidmonial response is a video.
- You can "Watch" and "Mark as Watched" to the Vidmonial response without login (You will need to Login to "View All" Vidmonial responses).(You can enable/disable notification temporarily at Vidmonials from Settings > Social Settings > Your Slack Accounts)For more details: https://www.vidmonials.com/integration-for-slack-setup/

Data retention policy
Vidmonials retains customer data in compliance with the organization's Master Service Agreement and Information Security Policy. The specific details regarding data retention periods and practices can be found in those documents.
Data archiving and removal policy
Vidmonials follows the organization's Master Service Agreement and Information Security Policy when it comes to data removal. This means that customer data will be removed when a client ends their license agreement with Vidmonials or when a removal request is made, in accordance with the specified procedures outlined in the relevant policies.
Data storage policy
Vidmonials adheres to the organization's Master Service Agreement and Information Security Policy for data storage. All customer data is backed up on a regular basis, with a minimum frequency of daily backups. These backups are securely stored and retained for a period of at least 60 days, as outlined in the organization's policies.

Data deletion request procedure
Personal data mentioned in a review is started out by the Vidmonials Team according to the Vidmonials communication rules; After this measure, the personal data can only be viewed in our system by administrators and team leaders of the Vidmonials Team and will be deleted from the Vidmonials systems once the customer’s main contract is terminated by Vidmonials.
Personal data provided by the requester as part of the customer dialogue will be deleted by Vidmonials from the Vidmonials system once the account and the customer’s main contract is terminated.
Personal data submitted by the requester to the processor as part of a complaint or review link query will be deleted by Vidmonials upon completion of the case, Vidmonials will delete personal data from the Vidmonials systems.
