Data retention policy
Our company retains data provided by users to our app for Slack, including chat messages sent to Felix, and Stripe payment details, within MongoDB for operational purposes. Upon uninstallation of the app by a team, all related data will be promptly deleted. Our retention period for active data is until the termination of use, while inactive user data is held for a period of 1 year, after which it will be securely deleted.

Our company commits to maintaining an organized, secure and responsible data archival and removal policy. Active user data is securely stored in our MongoDB database until the end of the usage period. In the case of app uninstallation or account deactivation, we ensure the prompt removal of corresponding data. For archival purposes, inactive user data is stored securely for a period of 1 year following inactivity, after which, it is permanently and securely removed from our systems. Compliance with regulatory guidelines and user privacy is paramount in our data management.
