Lexi Daily
Lexi Daily will prompt you at the beginning of the week to set your weekly goals, followed by a prompt at the end of the weekly to do reflections. These weekly goals and reflections are private and won't be seen by others. On a daily basis, Lexi Daily will prompt you to update your daily progress to a shared Slack channel. In that daily prompt you will be reminded of your weekly goals (if you've set them) so that you can stay aligned more with your intentions.

Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
The Company will retain Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. Depending on the Services plan, Customer may be able to customize its retention settings and apply those customized settings.
Data archiving and removal policy
FlexOS will store Customer Data in accordance with our privacy policy. The deletion of Customer Data and other use of the Services by Customer may result in the deletion and/or de-identification of certain associated Other Information. The Company may retain Other Information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include keeping Customer Other Information after you have deactivated Customer account for the period of time needed for The Company to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, archiving, statistical or research purposes. Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

When someone requests data deletion from us, we will proceed to remove such data within a span of 24 - 72 business hours. Please contact us as hi@flexos.work, provide us with your Slack workspace ID and we will remove your workspace and all related information from our database.
