Data retention policy

Comeet retains personal information as per the customer’s instructions and thereafter as needed for record-keeping matters. As a user of Comeet’s platform, Comeet will retain your personal information for as long as your user account is active or as otherwise instructed by the customer. Thereafter, Comeet will continue to retain your personal information to the extent allowed or required by law (e.g., regulatory, tax or accounting requirements), resolve disputes, establish and defend legal claims and enforce the applicable commercial agreement, this notice and other agreements Comeet may have with the customer. Data archiving and removal policy

Upon customer’s request, Comeet will delete the personal information it has processed on customer’s behalf under the Data Processing Addendum (link: https://help.comeet.co/en/articles/3112815-data-processing-addendum), or, at customer’s choice, use the platform’s tools to obtain the data before its deletion, and upon customer’s written request, will furnish written confirmation that the personal information has been deleted pursuant to this section. In any event, to the extent required or allowed by applicable law, Comeet may retain one copy of the personal information for evidence purposes and/or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and/or to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Through Comeet’s platform, you can control and configure options to convey Comeet instructions regarding candidates' data, for example, the customer has the control and flexibility to define and implement their own policies. This means enabling you to manage your hiring processes and data collection and retention policies. The Comeet platform stores personal information in Amazon Web Services’ storage servers located in the European Economic Area. HIPAA compliant

While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack Marketplace, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
