Data archiving and removal policy
OnLeave ensures responsible data management by efficiently processing the data it controls. Once the specified retention period ends, OnLeave takes active steps to destroy the data covered by this policy. Should an individual believe that certain data should not be destroyed after the retention period, they must notify the OnLeave Team. Any exceptions to this data retention policy must receive approval from the OnLeave team in conjunction with legal counsel. In exceptional cases, legal counsel may issue a litigation hold, which prevents the destruction of specific documents until the hold is lifted.
Data storage policy
Our data storage policy ensures data security through protective measures, restricting access to authorized personnel only. Those handling data follow strict confidentiality guidelines and are bound by our instructions. Procedures are established to address data breaches, with prompt notifications as required by law.
