Scope
1. The data which webapp.campfiresocial.io creates, receives, or maintains is subject to the requirements of this Data Retention Policy.

2. Customer’s data should be retained for as long as there is an administrative need to keep it to carry out its business or support functions, or for as long as it is required to demonstrate compliance for audit purposes or for legislative requirements.

Organizational and associated user data is retained for the duration of the contract with each of our corporate clients so they can look at their historical info; after a contract termination, data is retained for up to one year within our database after which the client’s data is deleted from our database.

CampfireSocial Slack App: We only store the required information to ensure a reliable connection with our API; any sensitive personal data (Personally identifiable information (PII)) obtained from the customer’s Slack profile is only used for validation when connecting for the first time to our API, this data is not stored in our database.
