Hoya is a bot for Slack and a web application that helps organizations celebrate and appreciate employees' hard work and contributions in a very simple way.
With just a few taps, coworkers can send personalized messages of recognition, and share achievements with the entire organization.
How it works:
1. Set up your recognition channel: After adding Hoya, simply submit the name of the channel where team members will recognize each other.
2. Send a recognition message: Mention the person you want to recognize (e.g., @Jon Doe), followed by "++" and your comment. For example, "@Jon Doe ++ Thank you for your outstanding support!"
3. Choose company values: Select one or more company values that align with your teammate's achievement, highlighting the positive impact they made.
4. Celebrate the good vibes :tada: : Once the recognition is sent, the entire organization can join in celebrating the achievements on the public recognition channel.
All recognitions will be displayed on the channel and on the News Feed page on the web app allowing everyone to see and appreciate the great work happening across the organization.
