Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Data(Auth Token) that is required for the functioning of the app is stored as long as you continue to use our services. As soon as the app is uninstalled, your auth token also gets deleted.
Data archiving and removal policy
Only auth token is stored which gets deleted as soon as you uninstall the app. If you remove Anonymity Bot integration from your Slack team, all your team's data will be automatically removed from the database after 30 days.

Data storage policy
The app collects a minimum amount of user data needed to work correctly. Data collected is used only to make the app work and will never be shared with 3rd parties. The app does not have access to Slack users' email addresses. Sensitive information like message content and user nicknames are filtered out from the application logs and not stored in the database.
We're not storing any of the users details except the auth token which is required for the both to be functional. Only auth token also gets deleted as soon as you uninstall the app.
