- Server log data is deleted after 1 year
- If Slack app is uninstalled or revoked we delete all Slack specific user data
- If a rule is deleted by the user, the data is deleted
- Jira comments are deleted as issues are deleted, otherwise they persist inside Jira, until the user is deleted from Jira

With each transaction recorded in the Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian shares with us the technical and billing contacts provided by the customer with their account on my.atlassian.com. This information is archived in our CRM for reporting and statistical purposes.
The user can write to the following service email to have their technical and billing contacts removed: atlassianapps@resolution.de
However, this removal will not affect the Atlassian data source.

Data storage happens on the Jira instances where the apps are installed, with the exception of authorization data for those instances. This means that personal data is stored by Atlassian, not us.
Authorization data is stored in databases provided by mLab and hosted by Heroku in the USA. The authorization data consists of randomly generated secrets that are shared between Atlassian and our apps.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests to delete personal data, we tell him to revoke the Rest API token, that connects our app with Slack. Then all information regarding the customer is deleted from our system.
