Data retention policy
Data is maintained for the life of the customer's account. Once a customer terminates their contract, within 30 days (or sooner upon request) InVision initiates an automated process which removes all customer data within the environment and destroys the data encryption key used to encrypt the data. A Certificate of Destruction is available upon request.
Data archiving and removal policy

Data storage policy
All accounts, data, and assets are hosted on InVision's servers within AWS, which are domestic to the US. InVision uses AWS and other subprocessors to assist in the delivery of our offering. Data deletion request procedure
Data subjects have the right to delete their personal data (provided that the continued processing is not justified). For example, if your employee leaves and no longer has access to our service, you may need to delete their personal data to comply with your GDPR obligations.
InVision provides customer administrators with the ability to delete user information in a wide variety of situations (including for example, removing users, collaborators, and content).
