Data archiving and removal policy
When the user unsubscribes, all their customer data is deleted as soon as their workspace is deactivated. Customers can request us to delete specific data owned by them by emailing to support@convin.ai
Data storage policy
All Customer Data is stored safely in our hosting provider’s data centres. We use industry-standard PostgreSQL databases hosted at AWS to store our data. Data access and authorizations are provided on a need-to-know basis and based on the principle of least privilege.
