The User owns all rights to any data created per the terms of service.
Data retention, storage, and archival will be at the discretion of HuddleIQ but maintained by AWS (Amazon Web Services), with the caveat that any account holder will be granted any request to partially or wholly remove account data to be removed upon verification of the account holder's authorization. Includes contact information and any data created in the account when submitted to forget@huddleiq.com.
