PicsArt retains customer data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Generally we keep customer information as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services to such customer, or to comply with applicable law. PicsArt customers may self-service deactivation of their account or contact us through our help center to request account deletion or deactivation. PicsArt removes customer personal data upon receiving a valid and authenticated request from such a customer, such as under GDPR and CCPA. However, we may retain some information that we believe in good faith is necessary for compliance with applicable law and law enforcement.
Data storage policy
PicsArt stores customer data within its U.S.-based, physical and cloud data infrastructure. We, or with the assistance of our third-party service providers, take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data.
