Data retention policy
PicsArt retains customer data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Please see the section entitled “How Long We Retain Your Information” in our privacy policy at https://picsart.com/privacy-policy for details. Generally we keep customer information as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services to such customer, or to comply with applicable law. In certain circumstances we retain data after a customer or we have deactivated a customer’s account, to comply with applicable law, regulation, or law enforcement.
Data archiving and removal policy
PicsArt customers may self-service deactivation of their account or contact us through our help center to request account deletion or deactivation. PicsArt removes customer personal data upon receiving a valid and authenticated request from such a customer, such as under GDPR and CCPA. However, we may retain some information that we believe in good faith is necessary for compliance with applicable law and law enforcement.
