We keep your personal information we receive for as long as you use our Service or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Service, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

OnLoop operates globally, which means personal data may be stored and processed (for example stored in a data center) in any country where we or our service providers have facilities or hold events. Such countries may have data protection rules that are different and less protective than those of your country.

To delete all your Customer Data stored by OnLoop, please email support@onloop.io with your request. We will delete your data within 30 days from the date of the request.
