The Company and the other party shall not divulge to any third party any technical, sales, business or other information disclosed in connection with the Service that should be considered confidential (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information") without the prior written consent of the other party. However, (1) Information that is or was already generally known to the public at the time it is provided or disclosed by the other party or becomes known to the public (2) Items that have become public knowledge through publications or other means for reasons not attributable to the party after being provided or disclosed by the other party or becoming known to the party. (3) Obtained legally without obligation of confidentiality from a third party authorized to provide or disclose the information. (4) Developed independently without the use of confidential information (5) Information that has been confirmed in writing by the other party that there is no need for confidentiality shall be excluded from the confidential information. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, member companies and the Company may disclose Confidential Information in accordance with laws and regulations, orders of courts, government agencies, and other public institutions, requests, or requirements. The member company and the company agree that this article will remain in effect for three years after the termination of the agreement under this agreement.

Data archiving and removal policy

In addition, the company will confirm with the member company that is terminating the contract whether or not they wish to remove the linkage between the service and external services, and will provide individual instructions on how to remove the linkage to external services for member companies that wish to do so.

The Company shall not disclose to third parties any personal information entered by member companies in the course of using the Service. However, this does not apply to cases where disclosure is required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or when disclosure is requested by law.
