Data retention policy
Customer data will be retained for as long as a user has an active account with any Cloud Pegboard service and then for a period of up to 3 years thereafter, unless the user requests to have their personal information deleted sooner.
Data archiving and removal policy
Customer data is archived for backup purposes on a daily basis and each backup is retained for between 1 and 3 months. We are not able to delete personal information from data archives. Rather, data is removed from operational systems and then will age out of archival stores no later than 3 months later.
Data storage policy
Customer data is securely stored within databases in our cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests for Cloud Pegboard to delete personal data we take the following steps:
* Search for the user in our database to identify the relevant data
* Reply to the user asking for confirmation of the deletion request. We use the email on record for this confirmation request, and require the user to reply to the email so that we are sure that it is a valid request.
* Upon confirmation, we remove the user data from the database within 7 days (data in backups is then automatically purged after the standard backup retention period of 30 days).
* We email the user confirming the removal of their data.
