Data retention policy
Customer Data and Knowledge is retained for the term of the service subscriptions that are responsible for that data and knowledge, and for a period of 30 days beyond that term. Logs and related data not containing Personally Identifying Information (PII) may be retained beyond this period for statutory and security purposes.
Data archiving and removal policy
The Customer is given access to applications that allow Customer Data and Knowledge to be archived and deleted. Data is otherwise deleted 30 days after all service subscriptions have expired. Logs and related data not containing Personally Identifying Information (PII) may be retained beyond this period for statutory and security purposes.
Data storage policy
All services are provided from Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure services in the US, Ireland and Australia and only from such services as carry ISO 27001 certifications. It is our policy to always store data within infrastructure with these or equivalent standards.
