At the same time, it provides insights on team performance to help managers improve teamwork. Because it’s always hard to start with a blank sheet to give meaningful kudos, you can find kudo definition, templates, and ideas by accessing the library of kudos and our templated messages in Good4work. You have free access for one month to these free resources.What you can do:Within Slack, any team members or managers who joined your Good4work workspace and present in your Slack workspace (email addresses need to match) can welcome, thank you, send multi-directional and contextual kudos for skills or soft skills.:white_check_mark:. You can send Kudos to a team of up to 20 people, to multiple people in the same temporary project, or to a single person.
Kudos are divided between skills (expertise) and soft skills (behaviors).
:point_right: You can scroll down the kudos list and pick the best kudo to value one or several team members. :white_check_mark:. Then, you’ll be able to find out and play to your teammates’ strengths by consulting individual and team profiles at any time on Good4work. :white_check_mark:. In your activity feed, you’ll be able to access all the positive messages sent across the board in multiple teams :white_check_mark:. You’ll have insights to see people’s positive impacts and contributions to your team performance.Slash commands:• Give a kudo to someone: /g4w-kudo @name

Privacy & data governance

Data retention policy

We collect information about what Good4work pages you access, information about your mobile device (such as device or browser type), the information you send us (such as an email address used to register or communicate with us), and referral information. To simply browse our Site, you are not required to provide any Personal Information. However, we may gather information from cookies and similar technologies for the purposes of monitoring and improving our Site. We use third-party analytics services Google Analytics and Mixpanel. To gain full access to our Site and Services, you must register for a Good4work account. When you register for an account, we collect Personal Information such as the following: Your name, business name, and email address. To set up your account Your IP addresses, devices, and locations used to access Good4work, may be linked to your account for security purposes. When you create a Good4work account and authenticate via a third-party service, like Google, we may collect, store, and periodically update profile information associated with that third-party account. Good4work will partner soon with Stripe, Inc. for payment processing, and the payment information you submit is collected and used by them in accordance with their policies. Good4work doesn’t store your payment information. We use your information in the following ways: -To enable us to provide you with our Services -To create and administer your account, contact you, and customize your experience on Good4work -To track and analyze use of the Services so that we can understand how Good4work is -performing and provide users with the best experience possible -To send marketing communications (dependent on consent settings) -To conduct aggregate, non-identifying analysis about how people use Good4work Services As a rule, we don’t share your organization’s information outside the company. We won’t sell your organization’s information. For customer support purposes, you can display name, email, company and location, and metadata about the sessions that will be analyzed.

Data archiving and removal policy

Good4work uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Google Cloud and Heroku, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run Good4work. We will retain data as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with the Services. To modify or delete the personal information you’ve provided to us, please log in and update your account. You may also request that your account be deleted by emailing contact@good4work.com. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes.

We may also collect and maintain aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized information which we may retain indefinitely to protect the safety and security of our Site, improve our Services or comply with legal obligations.
