Data retention policy
Tara AI takes data security and privacy very seriously. Data is stored as long as Tara AI Slack App is installed on your workspace and you are a registered user on Tara AI. You can request the removal of your data at any time by making a request from https://help.tara.ai/hc/en-us. We always strive to collect and retain the minimum data necessary for the app to function.
Data archiving and removal policy
You can submit a request to have your data deleted at any time from your workspace. Send your request easily by heading to https://help.tara.ai/hc/en-us and submitting your request. Once your request is processed, data will be deleted within 7 days.
Data storage policy
Data is stored durably and securely on Firestore. Your data and metadata is encrypted under the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard, and each encryption key is itself encrypted with a regularly rotated set of master keys. All data is stored in the US.
