Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Axure will retain Customer Data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy. Data is retained indefinitely unless otherwise manually deleted by the customer.
Data archiving and removal policy
Axure will remove customer data in accordance with GDPR and our Data Retention Policy. If users delete their data from the web application and it exceeds the retention window (30 days) the data will no longer exist on our servers. Disposal procedures are in place to guide personnel in performing sanitization procedures to ensure data and software are unrecoverable.
Data storage policy
Axure will store customer data in accordance with Axure's Privacy Policy (https://www.axure.com/privacy) and Security Policy (https://www.axure.com/security).
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host Axure Cloud and other cloud products. AWS datacenters meet security regulations and standards with industry-leading physical and environmental controls. Our applications benefit from a datacenter and network architecture built to meet the requirements of the most security-sensitive organizations. AWS meets numerous compliance standards and regulations including CSA, ISO, PCI, SOC, FedRAMP, and more.

Data deletion request procedure
Requests to delete personal data can be sent to support@axure.com. When users request deletion of their data, we first ask that they delete their files and remove any license information via our online portals. After confirmation of deleted data, we remove their email/account from internal systems and marketing platforms.
