Data retention policy
Qualia does not request, use or store any personal data of the customer, apart from an email used to register to our service. When you integrate Qualia in your Slack team, we do not collect or keep information from incoming conversations, and we do not process messages transmitted, except for messages related to the explicit usage of the Service (requests from our bot, which are processed, but not stored). We do not monitor your Slack team channels.
Data archiving and removal policy
Qualia will remove from its product database all user data if requested. This applies not only to user's email, but also to all other not personal data requested from Qualia's product.
Data storage policy
Qualia only stores customer email in its product's database, hosted by aws and protected appropriately.
