Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Boboto only collects data that is explicitly sent to it.
This data is deleted after six months.
Data concerning accounting and payments (e.g. Slack Workspace identifier and name, payer name and email received from PayPal, etc.) is kept for up to 12 months after a subscription is cancelled.
Earlier deletion is possible per user request.
Note: data that is explicitly sent to Boboto in order to get AI responses is sent to third-party providers (currently - OpenAI), which may have different retention policies.

Data archiving and removal policy
ESC will remove customer data in accordance with GDPR guidelines (applied world-wide, not just for EU users), and in accordance with general human decency.

Data deletion requests are handled over email (support@boboto.chat) within up to 10 business days.
All requested data will be deleted shortly following any request, with the possible exception of financial and activity audits that may be needed in case of a future inquiry about charges.
