Botimum retains customer's data while they are actively using the bot, and removes data within 30 days after the bot is uninstalled
Data archiving and removal policy
Botimum removes customer's data within 30 days after the bot is uninstalled. Customer can also send an email to hi@botimum.com to request a data deletion.
Data storage policy
Upon Botimum is installed into a Slack workspace, we receive and store the team name, team ID, team tokens, enterprise name, enterprise ID.
In addition, we collect and store Slack username, ID, profile picture, timezone and optional email address of stand-up, check-in or poll participants.
