The Lucid Identity app supports sign in with Slack and identity links for Lucidchart and Lucidspark. Lucidchart is a visual workspace that combines diagramming, collaboration, and data visualization to accelerate understanding and drive innovation. Lucidspark is a virtual whiteboard where teams can collect ideas, collaborate in real time, and pick the best course of action to keep projects moving forward.

Lucid Software has a formal Data Retention Policy, which includes regular data backups for disaster recovery and business continuity purposes. Customers are encouraged to implement their own data retention policy.

Data storage policy
Data is logically segmented by customer and user account. Production servers are physically separated from development/test servers. The principle of least privileged access is used for account provisioning. Appropriate redundancy is in place.
Data deletion requests as part of a "right to be forgotten" request can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
