Data retention policy
Flyby only stores channelId of the bot, userId, teamId, and teamName received from Slack when the user chose to use the Slack app from Flyby app. User data received from Slack API is removed from Flyby when the user chooses to uninstall the app from the workspace. This data is stored in a private cloud and only the teamName is exposed in the front end.
Data archiving and removal policy
User data can be removed/archived from the system when the user asks for it. If the user left the workspace / decides to uninstall the app from the workspace we delete all user data that we receive from Slack endpoint.
Data storage policy
Flyby will store the data received from Slack by complying with database-level security and policies implemented by the host database.
